2ndplace in the Lucky Strike Karting Race 

2001

  • 1stplace in round 1 & 2 of the Karting championship
  • Won Abdoun Karting Race
  • Participated in the Jordan International Rally and Syrian International Rally on Volvo 244
  • Won the “Achievement Award for Best Novice Rally Driver”

2002

  • 1stplace in a training course at the Bill Gwynne Rally School in England
  • 2nd place in round 1 of the Jordan Rally Championship
  • Participated in the Jordan International Rally and Rally of Lebanon on Renault Clio Williams
  • Invited to participate in the prestigious “Race of Champions” in Saudi Arabia
  • Became Jordan’s champion (two wheel drive category) for the Jordan Rally Championship 2002, and 4th overall in the same championship

2003
Achieved a break-through record of winning seven out of seven races in the Jordan Karting Championship making him the youngest driver to win the championship.

2004

  • Again, Hamza was crowned the Jordan Kart Champion, achieving fastest lap in all races of 2003 and 2004.
  • Invited to join the “Traffic Awareness Campaign” organized by the Police Department and Red Bull where he talked to students of the local universities about safety and difference between racing and daily driving.
  • Dirani was chosen to join Meritus Racing, the leading team in the Formula BMW championship.

2005

  • Invited to visit Red Bull F1 team during the Bahrain F1 Grand Prix.
  • Training young kart drivers to help them pull more out of their talents.
  • For the 3rdyear, Hamza is the fastest in Karting. He won the opening round of the championship.
  • Participated in round 11 & 12 (Japan) and 13 & 14 (China) of the Formula BMW Asia championship. Hamzawas able to catch up with experienced drivers and finished all the races ranked in top ten.
  • Invited to participate as a guest driver in the Final Round of the Formula Ford Championship. Hamza achieved fast lap in the first practice session. As a guest driver he had to start from the back of the grid (17th) and finished 3rd overall.

2006

  • Practice session on a Formula Renault 2000 in UK.
  • Started a Karting School at Jordan Speed Center
  • Participated in 3 rounds of the Jordan Karting Championship. Finished all races in 1st position, but only two races were counted.
  • Invited to visit Tony Kart in Italy and became their official representative in Jordan.

2007

  • The Jordan Rally Champion, Amjad Farrah, supported Hamza to be the junior driver in his team. Diraniparticipated in three round of the Jordan Rally Champion and did impressive results.
  • Finished the Jordan International Rally in 2nd place on the Jordanian standings.
  • Leader of Makaseb Karting Team of five senior drivers, and 3 juniors.
  • Continued to share his experience in giving karting courses at Jordan Speed Center.
  • Organized the Tony Kart Ramadan Challenge.
  • Invited by Bridgestone to Dubai to test the new Potenza tires on the Autodrome Curcuit.
  • Sponsored by Bentley Cars, Hamza tested two days in Beirut as preparation for the Middle East Karting Cup.
  • Filmed a special report to Al Jazeera Channel about the Karting, Makaseb Team and Karting School.
  • 2ndplace in the Jordan Karting Championship
  • 2ndplace in the final round of the Lebanese Karting Championship.

2008

  • 3rdoverall in the Middle East Karting Championship following the Austrian Champion Kevin Richard and the Italian Piero De Marchi.
  • Organized the Ramadan Karting Challenge for the second year.
  • Continued his support to young drivers by sponsoring Mohammad Bustami, who won the 2ndplace in the Jordan Karting Championship.

2009

  • Became the technical and racing consultant to the Jordan Speed Center karting circuit.
  • Organized the Open Karting Challenge
  • Organized the 3rdRamadan Karting Challenge.
  • Race director for Umniah Karting Cup
  • Became the official representative for Birel Karts.

2010

  • Dirani’s work in karting expanded and he became the technical advisor to Creative Tracks (KSA) to organize the Saudi local championship.
  • Race Director to the FIA World Council karting race, a support event to the Bahrain F1 GP.
